About me
Creating recipes and meals is a pleasure and a true passion for me.
I believe that it is thanks to the love of food, diligence and a bit of talent that I am able to develop and discover new tastes.
I have gained my experience mainly abroad: in the UK and the United Arab Emirates. I have also worked as a chef in prestigious restaurants in Poland. Many times I had the opportunity to work with the best, recognised chefs. I have extensive knowledge of various cuisines of the world, which I am constantly developing. In the past, I also ran my own catering company.
In recent years, I have fulfilled myself as a chef in two excellent restaurants in Warsaw: Flaming & Co and The Farm. I create menus and recipes for restaurants, conduct courses and training, help organise time and space in the kitchen.
