Creating recipes and meals is a pleasure and a true passion for me.

I believe that it is thanks to the love of food, diligence and a bit of talent that I am able to develop and discover new tastes.

I have gained my experience mainly abroad: in the UK and the United Arab Emirates. I have also worked as a chef in prestigious restaurants in Poland. Many times I had the opportunity to work with the best, recognised chefs. I have extensive knowledge of various cuisines of the world, which I am constantly developing. In the past, I also ran my own catering company.

In recent years, I have fulfilled myself as a chef in two excellent restaurants in Warsaw: Flaming & Co and The Farm. I create menus and recipes for restaurants, conduct courses and training, help organise time and space in the kitchen.

Chef in a restaurant on the F1 circuit

In the United Arab Emirates, I worked as a restaurant chef at YAS Viceroy Hotel on the Formula 1 circuit.
Cooking for the show business and sports stars

I prepared meals for many celebrities such as Madonna, Chris Tarrant, Gwyneth Paltrow, Dani Minoque, as well as for the Juventus team, the England national team and the F1 drivers in Silverstone and Abu Dhabi.
Chef at one of the best restaurants in Warsaw,

Flaming. Within three months of its opening, the restaurant became one of the top five best capital city’s spots.
Winning in the 5th edition of Noble Night

I won the fifth edition of the Noble Night: I was third for an appetizer and main course, and first for dessert.
